Re: My 1994 Pontiac Sunbird SE

Further to our recent telephone conversations, I'm writing to confirm how pleased I am with my recent purchase and the terrific service you provided me. As we all know, buying a "pre-owned" vehicle sight unseen is often a scary undertaking, but circumstances were such that I needed to trust your advertisements and the various representations you made about the car.

Suffice it to say that I couldn't have been more pleased, the car was all you said it was and if anything, it's in better condition and care than its mileage would indicate. It runs like a top, it's solid and clean, and your delivery service was perfect in every way.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get this to you before now, but I became quite ill on December 20 and ended up spending two weeks in the hospital...all better now, and enjoying my Sunbird, even if it is 30 below.

Thanks again for everything, Mark. I hope we can have many similar transactions in the future.

Thought I'd drop you a quick note to thank you and your staff for your help with the purchase of my '99 Passat Wagon. I've never experienced such prompt, comfortable, and courteous service in the purchase of a vehicle before, and walked away feeling like I've reached a fair deal.
